Bottle lunch to be shut down

Donghong primary school students at Donghong village in Shanglin county, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, eat from their lunch bottles in this photo taken on April 19, 2011. The Donghong primary school has 58 students in six classes, studying from grade one to grade five. Most of the students live far away from the school and have to wake up before 6 am in the morning. Students have to bring left-over corn paste from the previous day in bottles to school as their lunch, which often turn sour at lunchtime. However, a “free lunch” program which will be launched in Nanning, capital city of Guangxi, is expected to solve the problem soon. [Photo/Xinhua]
