Water brings relief to thirsty residents

Police officers distribute drinking water for residents in Laoshan district of Qingdao, East China's Shandong province, Feb 17, 2011. To help residents who are suffering from a water shortage, the local government and police department dispatched teams of servicemen, bringing 25 kilograms of water a day for 1,699 households in four communities every day since Jan 27.
