 Tidal waves along Qiantang River

Qiantang River originates along the borders of Anhui and Jiangxi provinces and passes through Hangzhou, before flowing into the East China Sea through Hangzhou Bay. The river and bay are known for the world's largest tidal bore, which can reach up to 9 meters high, and speeds of up to 40 kilometers per hour. [Photo/Xinhua]
