 A public ballot is revealed to decide if a road connecting several areas will be built in Yunjin village of Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province on Wednesday. All 104 villages in Wudang district of Guiyang city adopted this method of voting, referring all major decisions related to the whole village to anonymous ballot since 2008.
