23 dead due to heavy rains in Longnan of Gansu Province

A destroyed road is seen in Chengxian County of Longnan City, northwest China's Gansu Province, Aug. 20, 2010. Landslides and mudslides occurred in the city due to the heavy rains from Aug. 11. Twenty-three people were reported killed. [Xinhua]
