Heavy snow fell in Shenyang city, northeast China's Liaoning province on April 9, 2010. An intense cross-stream of cold and warm air blanketed Liaoning province, resulting in a blue snowstorm warning.
The snow has accumulated 4 mm in most cities such as Shenyang, Jinzhou, Tieling and northern part of An'shan. Another 2mm to 4mm is forecasted.
