A ceremony for new buildings constructed with the help of south China's Guangdong province was held in Wenchuan county, southwest China's Sichuan province on December 3, 2009. To rebuild the quake-flattened Wenchuan county, three billion yuan was invested in 333 projects covering urban and rural housing, education, health, water supply, rural public services and other five areas.
