Liu Longyu promotes AIDS awareness

Liu Longyu (L) teaches about HIV/AIDS in a resident's home, who just returned

Northeast China's Jilin Province, November 20, 2006. Liu Longyu is the director
of the Population and Family Planning Center in Yanji City, and is also the
executive manager of Safe Mobility and HIV/AIDS Prevention, a joint program
between the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the National
Population and Family Planning Commission. The program aims to reduce the risk
of HIV/AIDS among mobile populations and cross border communities and has been
conducted along China's northeastern border in the Aihui District of Heihe
Prefecture in Heilongjiang, Yanji City, Yanbian Prefecture in Jilin, and
Kuandian City in Dandong Prefecture in Liaoning since 2005. [Pan Songgang/China
