rebates for industries that consume a lot of energy and natural resources or
cause a lot of pollution, Assistant Commerce Minister Fu Ziying said in remarks
published on Thursday. The Economic Daily newspaper also quoted Fu as telling a
seminar that China should increase tax rebates on exports of agricultural
products to boost farmers' incomes.[Reuters]
