“老赖”曝光平台(lǎolài bàoguāng píngtái):"Deadbeat" exposure platform

China Daily | Updated: 2017-10-16 08:00

The Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, the Supreme People's Court and China Banking Regulatory Commission have jointly announced that a "deadbeat" exposure platform will be established to oversee people who have failed to fulfill court orders.

According to the document, local authorities should establish databases of people that have failed to fulfill court orders by the end of 2017. A nationwide platform is to be completely established within two years.

Such a platform is the key to constructing a credit system. In recent years the authority has taken effective measures to deal with those who fail to comply with court orders.

The construction of the "deadbeat" platforms is a significant measure to deal with people that refuse to fulfill court orders, which will be conducive to promoting the construction of a social credit system, and deal with the difficulty of implementing court orders.
