Can homeschooling replace public schools?

As we know, all students have different mental level and background. It means that some find it difficult to catch up with their friends or fully understand a lesson. Therefore, they need private class in home to do that. They will become better if they spend more time studying and they have the right to do that.

Moreover, as we know, a genius will get bored if they waste time to be in a foolish class. So do homeschooling with a good advisor, he will develop strongly.
