Rating a teacher is a cowardly way of dealing with a problem.
If you have a problem with a teacher, especially at a university, at least have the maturity to talk face to face with the teacher.
Posting an evaluation online is the cowards/child's way of dealing with problems.

I’ve lived in China for quite a considerable time including my graduate school years, travelled and worked in a few cities and still choose my destination taking into consideration the density of smog or PM2.5 particulate matter in the region.
