Starting from June 1, 2014, the second part of Russia's new anti smoking legislation comes into force: a full ban on smoking at bars, restaurants, long-distance trains, dormitories, and hotels. The new law also bans distance selling of cigarettes and cigarette displays. Kiosks are no longer allowed to sell cigarettes. |
