Sadly a small but highly visible group of tourists from all nations seem to be incapable of following the concept of "When in Rome."
Chinese tourists for the most part are well behaved and not that noisy; a small group are. As to solutions, perhaps the embassies when issuing visas should also issue general guidelines as to appropriate behavior in their country. This could also be applied to all other tourists as well.
