(August 1, 2008)
I just come back from a meeting, tomorrow we start living in the Olympic Village and participate in the flag-raising ceremony. I can feel the Great Olympics is approaching day by day.
Looking back, I was young when I lived in the Olympic Village for the first time. It is like a small globe, where people from all over the world live. The restaurant is open 24 hours and there are a lot of people outside, waiting to exchange Olympic pins.
At the time, I thought it was interesting to live in the village. There was one basketball game every other day, so I had time to look around and gained many presents because of my identification card.
Two days ago, we got our uniforms and shoes. The color of the clothes is too bright and my shoes didn’t fit, so I took Yao’s shoes and his had to be made again.
The 2008 Beijing Olympics is coming, we are ready!
