TIANJIN, China  -- Taxi drivers are going to wear the same new suits from August 1 to September 1 to embrace the Beijing Olympic Games, according to the department of transportation in Tianjin, one of the co-host cities for the Olympics.

For daily wearing, taxi drivers should wear white short-sleeves shirts or blouses from this Monday, while the etiquette wearing requires all taxi drivers to wear white gloves and blue neckties.

It's a common practice during festivals or major activities as all taxi drivers in Tianjin dress themselves up according to the wearing standard.
