To fight drugs and prostitution, the government has ordered all karaoke bars and discos to have transparent partitions between their rooms and ensure that their staff are not skimpily dressed from Oct 1.

Under the regulations, posted on the Ministry of Public Security's website, entertainment venues have to have glass windows in private areas so that they are visible from outside, and they will be barred from locking the doors. Such places will have to put up signs, warning against drugs, gambling and prostitution, too. All their staff have to dress "tastefully", without exposing their body too much.
