China World Hotel, Beijing introduced its 2011 moon cake collection on July 20. The hotel presented 12 different moon cake gift sets and 33 flavors, from the traditional varieties with white lotus fillings and mixed nuts to the more adventurous featuring plum and blackcurrant to the healthy purple sweet potato and low sugar pumpkin, and truffle and XO sauce paste.
