Yoga club in the park

Dear fellow yogis, do you want a yoga afternoon with your friends?

Come to Ditan Park. All levels welcome, but preferably with at least basic knowledge of yoga.

Everyone should bring their own mat. You may also want to bring a towel to place under your mat as we will be on the grass.

The activity is free, so join in the park on Saturday from 5-7 pm in Ditan Park. Enter through the north gate and meet on the small field to your right.

The organizers are also looking for teachers, so please get in touch if you or someone you know might be interested in leading a class.

Cooking classes

The Hutong, Beijing's cultural exchange center, provides cooking classes for foreigners every Saturday and Sunday.

Every weekend, The Hutong will teach participants how to cook Asian food, as well as put on special culinary workshops: Fresh is Best, Food, Film and Friends and more.

One-hour photography talk

People always enjoy beautiful photos, but few of them can take them because photography is more than just snapping pictures.

If you want to take good pictures and learn more about photography, come to Culture Yard at 7:30 pm on June 8. You will learn techniques to make your pictures really popular.

Teacher Peter Carney he uses his extensive experience in the world of professional photography to teach you the basic framing of your pictures.

Bicycle journey

This eight-day bicycle journey will lead you through Xishuangbanna, the southernmost prefecture of Yunnan Province. Renowned for its tropical climate and luscious woodlands and rainforests, the region is teeming with wildlife, rare plants, and historical and cultural treasures. Xishuangbanna is a biologically diverse area, well known for its "six famous tea mountains" region which produces much of the world's most highly regarded pu'er tea.
