Simao Jianhua Engineering Co, Ltd is a comprehensive private enterprise, engaging in construction, real estate, the hospitality industry and entertainment. In 2004, the company financed the three-star Jianhua Hotel, located at No 12 Renminzhong Road, Simao district, Pu’er city, with convenient access to public transportation and only a 10-minute ride to the airport and coach station.
The hotel covers an area of 7,600 square meters, and has a parking lot with spaces for up to 100 cars. There are 118 guest rooms and the conference room can host meetings for up to 120 people. The restaurant with a capacity of up to 300 people has 15 chess and poker rooms and serves local delicacies.
