The zone's vocational training policy is as follows:

1. Intended recipients:

Rural people with unemployment documents.

2. Jobs and industries:

Priority is given to those jobs and industries that are on the national employment access list. Eligible persons can get training for jobs and industries that are badly needed but not yet part of the list, if they get approval from the Zone’s Labor and Employment Office.

3. Subsidies:

Eligible persons can apply for vocational training subsidy if they meet government standards. In addition, the zone regularly collects employers' needs, organizes job fairs, and provides guidance and opportunities for anyone willing to take a job or attend a training session.
