Toutunhe local Wang Junzhou has entered the list of Good Chinese People in the January of 2017 after regularly donating blood for 25 years.
Statistics show that Wang has altogether donated over 74,000 milliliter of blood, which is equal to the summation of 18 50-kilogram adults’ blood.
When Wang was 23-year-old, he donated blood to his father to save his life. After that, he realized the importance of blood donation and decided to help other people with it.
According to Wang, it is worth if his blood can save someone else’s life.
“We would like to call upon the society to learn from Wang and do what they can to help others,” said Peng Xiaochun, deputy director of Toutunhe district publicity department.
