Xinjiang opened a kindergarten providing high-quality education at extremely low cost in Urumqi on Aug 9.
The Beijing Western Sunshine Rural Development Foundation S&H kindergarten not only offers high-quality preschool education but also provides physical examinations and health record retention for children, as well as child care training.
Ma Xuemei, a member of Xinjiang’s women's federation, said that it improves educational interaction between parents and children and provides migrant children with preschool education.
Chen Hua, general secretary of the Xinjiang Women and Children's Development Foundation, said the idea of building the park came from her former experience in another kindergarten in the 2015 China Charity Fair.
She added that it integrates all aspects of preschool education. For example, children and parents can read cartoon books and play games together here. The kindergarten can be reshaped using internal uplift and supporting grids of different sizes. It is also wind-proof and heat-preserving.
The Beijing Western Sunshine Rural Development Foundation calls for more individuals and companies to help Xinjiang improve children’s education and daily lives.
