Volunteers from Tianjin Port Group have provided services in the affected areas after the blast on August 12.
The group organized volunteers to serve in the affected areas with order and high effectiveness right after the accident. More than 2,200 volunteers have been organized and divided into work teams for psychological counseling, policy explanation, emergency medical rescue, and daily life services. The volunteers have accompanied more than 500 family members of the injured and have provided psychological counseling to them.
