Nanyang's first nonlocal talent workstation recently opened in Tianjin municipality with the aim of attracting more high-caliber talents to the former.
This talent workstation was built with full support from the Nanyang Chamber of Commerce in Tianjin, with its president recruited as the chief of the workstation.
Sun Jun, a physics professor from Nankai University, and Li Zhong, a computer science professor from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, were hired as talent introduction ambassadors at the opening ceremony.
The workstation will be committed to publicizing Nanyang's development, industrial policies, and preferential measures for investment and talents, while helping bring innovative and entrepreneurial talents and projects to the city.
In the future, more nonlocal workstations will be built in areas with an abundance of talents, including the Yangze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, and Circum-Bohai Sea region.
