China's leading online retailer JD.com has signed a strategic cooperation contract with Tianjin's Hebei district to strengthen cooperation and establish a "JD.com plus government" mode.

JD.com will add a channel to display the assets of Hebei district such as buildings and parks, and attract investment and activate assets through public auctions.

The district will in turn promote the development of JD logistics, financial technology and smart hospitals with JD.com.
