Zhang Qing'en pointed out that Jinghai district is the nearest district to Xiongan New Area, so it can be expected to resemble the New Area in transportation, industries, and physical and cultural environment in the future.

"Jinghai district will try its best to support the development of Xiongan New Area in service mechanisms, industrial development, public services, transportation and eco-environmental protection," he added.
