Well-known economist and former Deputy President of the International Monetary Fund Zhu Min said, "Tianjin's economy is moving from rapid growth to high-quality development. High-quality development means balanced development, sustainable development and green development." He added that "Tianjin needs to focus on creating a comfortable business environment."
