Delegate Wang Hongqi is the Party Secretary of Sanjie village, Wuqing district in Tianjin.

He said it was an honor to be selected as a delegate and he brought people's voices to the Congress and will take the new ideas and policies referred at the Congress to the Tianjin people.

"I wish there could be more policies on reconstruction of towns and villages so that my village could make full use of its natural and geographical advantages to develop the tourism and service industries," he added.
