Yuqiao Reservoir welcomes a winter bird dance
| Updated: 2016-12-13 17:03:05 | (chinadaily.com.cn) |

Thousands of sea gulls and hundreds of mallards have recently landed at the Yuqiao Reservoir in Jizhou District, Tianjin, which added to the place's beautiful winter scenery.

Aside from sea gulls and mallards, Yuqiao Reservoir also welcomes dozens of rare bird visitors — whooper swans, bean geese, spot-billed ducks and black-crowned night herons. The reservoir, rich with water plants, fish, and prawns, has become a paradise for migratory birds.
