The first underwater Halloween carnival was held on Oct 29 at the Tianjin Haichang Polar Ocean World. Visitors could see mermaid princesses, sea knights, and appreciate music performances in this Halloween and sleepover-themed party.
Tourists explored the mysterious ocean in the dark surrounded by aquatic creatures and beautiful music, watching the mermaids jump into the water and listening to the bands play through the sea tunnel.
