In the phrase “Xian Shou Zuo”, the character "闲" xian, has two meanings.

Firstly, it has the same sound similar to the craftsman's name Li Bingxian; and secondly, xian also means “spare time”. This tells us a bit about the owner Li Bingxian who works hard and puts his heart and soul into the production of his handmade art. That is just the way he works and he is always focused on doing the best in his artistic work. Li Bingxian was a fine arts student but what he really wanted iwa to live a real life and not just live. So two years ago, he resigned from his company and started his own handmade leather studio. Setting out on your own is not always easy but, even though at times, the task is heavy, he knows that his heart is free.
