Yangliuqing Old Town, located near the Grand Canal, is the hometown of the most splendid kind of New Year picture -- the Yangliuqing New Year picture. This type of picture ranks in the top of Chinese Four of woodcut New Year pictures.

Folk performances start from 14:00 and continue until 22:00 at night every year, while more than 200,000 tourists from all over the world gather to celebrate the festival.
