Tianjin has launched a new application for visitors to appreciate famous historical buildings in the city on their mobile phones, reported jwb.com.cn.

Visitors can browse the contents of 105 scenic buildings on their mobile phones by scanning the QR code and subscribing to the official account “Atlas of and Stylistic Architecture in Tianjin”, according to the municipal bureau of land and house administration.   

The App offers multiple functions and services, including information inquiry, audio introductions and road maps.

The intelligent system aims to introduce Tianjin’s scenic buildings to the public.

Visitors can listen to the audio introduction automatically in and around the buildings when they open the app and turn on GPRS.
