A total of 19 direct sales centers for imported products have been approved in the Dongjiang Bonded Area in Tianjin. The business will cover many cities including Beijing and Tianjin and cities in Hebei, Gansu, Qinghai, and Inner Mongolia.

Several other direct sales centers have submitted applications and are under evaluation. The Dongjiang Imported Product Direct Sales Center will be launched in the Jinnan District of Tianjin in the end of November.

The direct sales center will be located in the Korean Town inside the Xinluo Times Square. The store will take up as many as 1,500 square meters. Among which the shopping area will reach 1,200 square meters and the office area will reach 200 square meters.

The direct sales center imported food, fresh meat and seafood, wines, baby cares, and skin care and cosmetics. It will further improve the trade service standards in Jinnan District and will promote regional economic development.

Cui Xun, director of the direct sales center said that apart from the channels provided by imported product companies, the store will also rely on the platform of the China, Japan, and South Korea Economic Development Association. Through the platform, the direct sale center will have specific channel for imported products from Japan and South Korea.

The products will be purchased directly from the merchandisers and sell in the stores. With the help of the new direct sales center, residents will enjoy the premium Japanese and South Korean products in an economic price.
