The First Tianjin Business and Commerce Cultural Festival will be held in a tourism resort in Jinghai county, Tianjin, on August 21.

Cooperating with domestic and international chambers of commerce, the festivals will bring three major events – a summit, an exhibition, and a beer and music festival - to boost the city's economic development.

The summit – China CEO Economic Forum – will invite American futurologist David Houle and academic and business leaders to talk about corporate development and innovation in the new era.

A sub forum on chambers of business will encourage communication among chambers and industrial leaders and explore future trends.

The new media sub forum will form an interacted platform for new media from all over the country.

The exhibition will cooperate with countries in Asia and Europe to bring food and cultural products to Chinese residents, and promote communication through global commerce.

The South Korea Exhibition Area will offer folk music performances, shows by Korean celebrities, Korean cultural products and cuisine.

The Taiwan Exhibition Area will cover both food and arts including a night market, traditional handicrafts, and folk dancing.

The local radio station Nice Radio will invite the fashionable musicians to perform at the beer and music festival, where famous brewers will show a variety of brews.

The festival will also include artistic performances, special amusement areas for kids, outdoor activities including lake-side barbeque, fishing and cycling competitions.
