The aircraft carrier theme park "Snow Kingdom", located in the Binhai New Area, opened to the public during the New Year holiday. A great amount of tourists from Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei visited the theme park and tasted the exotic Russian culture in the ice and snow world.

In order to present snowy Russian winter scenery to the tourists, the theme park used man-made snow to cover a total area of 50,000 square meters. Stepping into the theme park, tourists find themselves in an icy and snowy castle taken from fairytales.

A variety of cartoon sculptures were hanging on the tree branches or spread into the streets. Russian folk songs were enjoyed in the park from time to time.
