North China's harbor city of Tianjin's first museum for districts and counties opened in Wuqing district. Together with the museum, the Wuqing district library opened and became the largest library for districts and counties in the area.

The museum covers 9,200 square meters, among which 4,257 square meters make up an exhibition area. The museum is not only a place to preserve and protect cultural relics, but also an education and research organization that exhibits its collections.

With a construction area of 24,000 square meters, the library has a collection of 600,000 books and contains more than 1,200 seats. Providing a free wired network and Wi-Fi, the library can cope with as many as 3,000 visitors per day.
