The purpose of the China International Mining Conference & Expo -- one of the four largest mining conferences held in South Africa, Canada, Australia, and China -- is to develop into a high-level conference and expo for global mining companies. It has three parts: high-level forums, exhibitions and featured activities.

The exhibition covers a 20,000-sq-m area. Organizers expect about 5,200 visitors. There will be about 420 exhibitors, almost half of them from foreign countries.
