Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Center: A new coastal landmark
Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Center started,turned into the new coastal landmark with 530 meters of 101floors.

The international standard landmark building, the Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Center, started in the core business district of coastal area on May 15.

Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Center is located at the Intersection of First Avenue and Xinchengxilu Road, adjacent to the public square, and it is situated in the planning framework of coastal area of modern service industry zone MSD. The building stands 530 meters high with 101 floors, wherein the ground tower height is 97 floors, with underground 4 floors, and another five floors are connected to the tower podium.

Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Center was invested in the construction by one of Hong Kong's most powerful groups, and hired a design group that has designed Dubai Khalifa tower, New York World Trade Center Tower project and was well known to all over the world.

Reportedly, in order to create a unique landmark tower, Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Center, the 97 floors' tall tower, was built with a strong sense of sculpture and stereoscopic effects in architectural and building structure after repeated demonstration and design. The podium is also designed with fluid geometry to echo the whole form of expression of the building.

Its architectural function is aimed at a comprehensive building with the set of shopping malls, international standards of Grade A office space, the highest standards of a service hotel residence and a super five-star hotel. Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Centre also contains a variety of high performance and green environmental protection design techniques, this sustainable design concept will significantly reduce emissions of carbon dioxide, water consumption and peak power consumption.
