Most Needed Talents in TEDA

Recently, Tianjin Economic Development Area (TEDA) issued the 2012 Directory of Most-needed Talent in Key Industries in TEDA. The directory included 2600 positions of 170 categories in 9 industries, among which exhibition project planner is the most needed talent.

The directory, which covers IT, automobile, biological medicine, food and beverage, new energy and new material, equipment manufacturing, aerospace and modern service, is issued every two years.

According to the directory, the modern service industry has the biggest shortage of talents, including 505 professional technical positions and 330 managerial positions, followed by IT and automobile industries. In terms of positions, 120 exhibition project planners with rich planning and operation experience of international conference and exhibition projects are urgently needed.
