The World Economic Forum (WEF)’s Annual Meeting of the New Champions, features a summit between world’s top 500 enterprises and the most potential growth enterprises, between governments at the state and regional levels. The World Economic Forum Global Industry Summit and Global Growth Enterprises Annual Meeting, was held initially in China. The international community has determined to set it in China ever since.
The Summer Davos staged its first session in Dalian of China in 2007, and has been successfully held three times in Tianjin. In 2012, it will again return to Tianjin.
The 6th Annual Meeting of New Champions at the Tianjin Meijiang Exhibition Center.
The theme of the 6th Annual Meeting of New Champions, a major World Economic Forum event, is, “Creating the New Economy”. Its purpose is to bring together international businesses that are growing and draw up a development blueprint for commerce and industry, hence the nickname China’s Davos Forum.
