Profile: Once known as High Tea at the Astor, the tea and food menu has evolved and so has the nomenclature, thus Afternoon Tea. For 88RMB guests can enjoy Champagne Afternoon Tea set.
Starting at 2: 00pm and ending at 5:00pm the set menu features a tea tier with delicate cakes, classic foods, and sweet fruit. Each tier features a different taste; one can start with fruit, work through finger sandwiches, and end with desert, or use the sweet tooth method and start with the flavorful and colorful sweets on the top tier.
The set also includes strawberries and crème, scones, and the star of the show, champagne. Of course the tea and coffee selection is more than amble.
