A photography competition is being held in Tianjin to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China. The deadline for all submissions is August 15.

The photos should between one and five megabytes large, and be in JPG format. Candidates may send their photos to syds@xinddy.com.

The theme of the contest is spotlighting harmonious life, and it will focus on photos taken by local families in order to display Tianjin’s achievements in promoting ecological construction, improvements in people’s lives, and cultural development.

The competition is supported by the Tianjin Women Federation and the Tianjin Daily Press Group, and organized by Amway China. A group of photography experts will judge the photos and the best ones will be published in the Tianjin Daily.
