Chen Guangyuan (1873~1939) served as military governor of Jiangxi during the early period of the Republic of China.
This is a 3-storied brick-concrete building. The exterior has glazed quarry tile walls. The roof is a big terrace with a Chinese-style summerhouse. The building combines the characteristics of combining both Chinese and western architectural styles.

Sun Zhenfang, a native of Shouxian County, Anhui Province, modern industrialist.
It is a 2-storied brick-wood building with small and intimate dimensions. It has arc-shaped or square-shaped doors and windows, which form concise lines. The light-colored stucco wall of the exterior adds an eye popping contrasts with the red round tiles of the interlaced slope roof. The building has characteristics of Spanish folklore. After the liberation of China, Chairman Mao and Premier Zhou once lodged at this building.
