The Lushang • Xinfu Mountain Scenic Area, one of the national 4A tourist attractions in Shandong province, is located in Quangou town, Xintai, a county-level city in Tai'an.

The scenic area features distinctive natural scenery with abundant vegetation, fresh air and clear water, forming a natural oxygen bar. Its forest coverage rate is over 95 percent.

It is really a good place for commuters to get refreshed when someone is looking to leave away from the hustle and bustle of cities.

To stimulate tourism consumption, the scenic area is offering discount tickets from now to Dec 31.

During workday, the ticket price costs 14 yuan ($2.05) per person. During weekends and holidays, it takes 35 yuan per visitor, including students.

For children under 1.4m, senior citizens over the age of 60, military personnel in active service, retired army officers, the scenic area offers free admission.
