A court in Dali in Southwest China’s Yunnan province ordered vacating of a kindergarten during summer vacation. Enforcement of the order was carried out on August 16. The time was chosen to not affect children on school days. Officials worked for several hours to empty the kindergarten and handed it over to the judgment holder and conclude the case.
