It is responsible for coordinating with relevant national departments to draft management policies on financing, equipment and construction of grass-roots people’s courts and trial courts; managing the SPC’s funds and State-owned assets; and formulating and implementing the basic construction plans of the SPC; and provide guidance for other related affairs.
