SXU receives letter of support from top Irish university

Shanxi University (SXU) – located in Taiyuan city in Shanxi province – recently received a letter from Patrick O'Shea, president of University College Cork in Ireland, according to SXU officials.
The letter expressed University College Cork's support and solidarity for Shanxi University in prevention and control of the novel coronavirus pneumonia.
Guang Guitian, president of Shanxi University, wrote back to President O'Shea, thanking him warmly for his concerns and expressing the hope that the two universities will have further ties in the future.
