The career guidance center of Shanxi University was honored recently for being an excellent training institute for college entrepreneurs in 2015.

The center currently runs 16 training courses focused on helping young entrepreneurs come up with innovative ideas for their businesses in the future, entitled Generate Your Business Idea (GYB).

Last year, more than 1,500 students attended the courses, making up 22.9 percent of Shanxi University's total student population, with a pass rate of more than 97 percent.

The center aims to inspire students' passion for entrepreneurship, improve their abilities when starting businesses, help them realize their entrepreneurial dreams, and keep pace with the central government's encouragement of public innovation and entrepreneurship.
